Joseph C. Hensley
Orange County California Market President
Joe Hensley serves as the Orange County market president for U.S. Bank, the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States. Hensley leads the market in company-wide efforts and activities while directing commercial banking in Orange County.
Joe has 40 years of banking and financial services experience. He held various positions early on in his career in the retail side of the bank which culminated in leading the Consumer Lending Group for a large super regional bank in Louisville, KY. In January 1998, he moved to the commercial side of the bank as a relationship manager before moving into his current role.
Joe is active in the community and currently serves as the board chair for the Orange County Business Council, the Board chair for California State University, Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation, Board member of Segertrom’s Center for the Arts, Board member for the Orange County Housing Trust, and serves as requested on the John Wayne Air Service Task Force.
Joe graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from McKendree University. Joe and his wife Lauren reside in San Clemente, California along with their daughter Olivia.
