As Chief Financial Officer, Andrea oversees financial operations for the Business Council. Her 30-plus years of experience have allowed her to lead finance, accounting and operations from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Spanning across various industries, her work has been in private equity/venture capital, professional services, medical devices, aerospace, education, automotive, construction, real estate and not-for-profit. Prior to starting A Squared Financial Consulting, a fractional CFO practice, Andrea served in leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance/Accounting for several Southern California employers. She is an accounting professor at Long Beach City College, as well as a finance and accounting lecturer at California State University, Long Beach. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California before earning her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from The Anderson School at UCLA.
