Maiken Sorenson is the Communications & Social Media Specialist for Orange County Business Council (OCBC). She is responsible for supporting the communications department by developing and publishing external communications, email, social media marketing, media relations, website updates and print and digital collateral.

In 2022, Sorenson graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and minors in business administration and graphic design. While at Concordia University Irvine, she worked in the Marketing and Communications department updating content, developing articles and assisting with the university’s rebranding. She brings her skills as a graphic designer, website editor and communications assistant to the OCBC team.
