OCBC’s Workforce Housing Committee discusses and takes action on housing and other real estate development issues that have a direct impact on the business community and Orange County’s workforce.

This meeting will be held in hybrid format. OCBC’s Workforce Housing Committee is excited to feature a presentation on OC real estate market and housing price trends featuring Steven Thomas, Chief Economist for Reports on Housing, and OCBC’s Chief Economic Advisor, Dr. Wallace Walrod. The Committee will also hear affordable housing developer updates from Laura Archuleta, President/CEO of Jamboree Housing, and Helen O’Sullivan, President/CEO of NeighborWorks OC and Executive Director of the Orange County Housing Trust.
