Vice President of Public Affairs – Deadline to Apply: March 31, 2025
Orange County Business Council’s Vice President of Public Affairs is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic public affairs initiatives, including communications, marketing, branding and media relations, as well as supporting OCBC’s advocacy efforts. This role will foster relationships with key stakeholders, influence policy and enhance public perception of the organization through digital and traditional outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with extensive experience in public relations, advocacy, corporate communications and digital engagement, as well as the ability to align efforts across various departments within the organization.

Business Initiatives Specialist – Deadline to Apply: February 9, 2024
Responsible for supporting Orange County Business Council workforce, economic development, housing, infrastructure, and quality of life initiatives, including working with the policy team on tracking legislation and policies that impact Orange County’s business community. The department’s ultimate objective is to encourage the attraction, retention, and expansion of high value jobs in Orange County. Develops and maintains close relationships with elected and non-elected representatives in business, education, government, nonprofit and philanthropy to support the Business Councils effort to build and mobilize coalitions to create measurable change to Orange County’s economy.
