Workforce

Orange County is the economic engine of Southern California, with a diverse workforce to match. Public and private four-year universities, extensive community college systems, and tech career programs all make Orange County an ideal place to learn, live and work.

Workforce
Committee

Employers, educators and community partners, together with Orange County Business Council, recognize the importance of preparing students to compete in a global workforce. Through these collaborations, OCBC is helping to lead the charge in developing the next generation of global leaders.

Leading Educational Attainment for Families Initiative

The Infrastructure Committee advocates for an infrastructure system critical to meeting the growing needs of Orange County’s residents and businesses. Whether it’s increased investment in the county’s roads and highway system, or increasing the supply of quality drinking water, OCBC works to make sure Orange County is able to meet the demands of a growing population and expanding economy.
