More than 600 Orange County business and community leaders were on hand as the 2024 OCBC Board of Directors was installed at OCBC’s annual dinner on February 15 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim. Outgoing 2023 Board Chair Jodi Duva of Cox Business, California, pictured in center, was honored for her leadership while incoming 2024 Board Chair Kevin Haboian of HNTB Corporation, pictured left, was welcomed. The evening also recognized four OCBC member companies that decided to “Choose OC” as part of their economic investment in the region. Honorees for this year’s “Invest in OC Economic Development” award in four categories included Chipotle Mexican Grill for relocation; the Coca-Cola Company for consolidation; TS Conductor of Huntington Beach for new business, and Disneyland Resort for expansion. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department Honor Guard presented colors while Black Chamber of Orange County President and Executive Director Bobby McDonald opened the evening with the flag salute, followed by Vanguard University President Dr. Michael Beals giving the invocation. The evening also marked the release of Orange County Business Council’s 2024 Annual Report.
