Christina L. Byrne, MPA, Joins Orange County Business Council Board of Directors
IRVINE, CA (February 13, 2026) — Orange County Business Council (OCBC) announced that Christina L. Byrne, MPA, Business Development Director of HNTB Corporation, has joined OCBC’s Board of Directors.

Christina Byrne serves as HNTB Corporation’s Business Development Director for Orange County and the Inland Empire, bringing more than two decades of experience in public engagement, government relations and stakeholder coordination. Known for her strategic leadership, she oversaw major regional initiatives—including the I-405 Improvement Project, SR-22 Design-Build Project, West County Connectors and the OC Streetcar—and was recognized as the 2023 Women in Transportation Seminar Orange County Woman of the Year.
