

Brian Helleland and Mitra Novin Rogers Join Orange County Business Council Board of Directors
IRVINE, CA (February 7, 2025) — Orange County Business Council (OCBC) announced today that Brian Helleland, Chief Executive at St. Joseph Hospital & Orange County/High Desert for Providence, and Mitra Novin Rogers, Public Policy Lead of Amazon Web Services (AWS), have joined OCBC’s Board of Directors.

Brian Helleland, Chief Executive of St. Joseph Hospital & Orange County/High Desert for Providence, brings 28 years of executive experience, including 18 years within the organization. During this time, he has held key leadership roles such as Interim Chief Operating Officer for Providence South Division and Chief Executive at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, shaping workplace cultures centered on clinical excellence and fiscal success.
As the Public Policy Lead at AWS, Mitra Novin Rogers spearheads strategic relationships with policymakers and advocates for legislative and regulatory policies that align with AWS’s business objectives. Rogers’ leadership experience includes serving on multiple boards, including the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors, where she served as Chair of the Board and Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
