Josh Smith and Drew Zinser Join Orange County Business Council Board of Directors
IRVINE, CA (May 14, 2026) — Orange County Business Council (OCBC) announced that Josh Smith, Vice President of School and Community Relations for SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, and Drew Zinser, Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships for Angels Baseball, have joined OCBC’s Board of Directors.

Josh Smith serves as Vice President of School and Community Relations for SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, where he leads relationship development, philanthropic initiatives and financial education efforts statewide. He also serves as Executive Director of the Education Foundation for California Schools and brings more than 20 years of credit union experience, along with a strong commitment to supporting K-14 education and community partnerships.
As Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships for the Angels Baseball, Drew Zinser oversees sponsorship sales and leads the development of integrated partnership opportunities across ticketing, content, venues and broadcast platforms. Now in his 17th season with the organization, he brings a diverse background spanning banking, consulting and sports marketing, along with a strong commitment to community engagement and mentorship.
