
Christopher Arias, Tyler Holst, PE, Jarrod Ingle and Faisal M. Zubairi Join Orange County Business Council Board of Directors
IRVINE, CA (June 9, 2025) — Orange County Business Council (OCBC) announced today that Sarah Ghebrial has joined the organization as the new Vice President of Public Affairs.

Sarah Ghebrial will lead Orange County Business Council’s communications, branding, media relations and digital engagement efforts in her new role. A strategic communications expert, she brings a passion for storytelling, public affairs and securing top-tier coverage that elevates visibility and positions executives as industry leaders. Ghebrial has led award-winning campaigns across diverse industries and enjoys working closely with Orange County businesses and community leaders to help tell their stories. Known for her collaborative and results-driven approach, she specializes in coalition building, messaging strategy and media advocacy. Ghebrial holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from St. John’s University and an M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
