Each year, Orange County Business Council publishes a Legislative Action Guide that outlines the organization’s policy positions on issues ranging from transportation, to water supply, to economic development. The guide serves as OCBC’s road map for legislative activities in Sacramento and Washington, D.C., and offers direction for the Business Council’s advocacy activities.
