Sixth affordable apartment community coming to Great Park Neighborhoods

FivePoint is celebrating the 10^th anniversary of Irvine-based Great Park Neighborhoods by co-hosting events and promotions with community partners, and through a monthly storytelling series, “Irvine Inspired,” that highlights residents and milestones within the mixed-use community. The February installment of Irvine Inspired looks at the 144-unit family affordable community, Belaira, which celebrates its grand opening in the coming weeks as the sixth fully-leased apartment complex within Great Park Neighborhoods. Kudos to FivePoint, Related California and Riverside Charitable Corporation for providing an otherwise-unattainable opportunity for lower-income-qualifying families to live closer to their workplaces and families in Irvine.
