Brenda Rose is the Executive Director and Market Manager for Business Banking in Orange County at JP Morgan Chase. She leads six diverse teams of Business Relationship Managers focused on building relationships with small business owners to identify and address their needs. Brenda is passionate about fostering a diverse culture of engaged employees who care about the firm, the team and their clients. She leads with positivity, transparency and self-discipline and is a big proponent of giving her team leadership opportunities to help with their professional development. 

Brenda started her career with Chase as a Senior Business Relationship Manager in 2009. With over 35 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, her background includes leadership positions in Commercial Real Estate Finance, large Corporate Banking and Wealth Management and small Business Banking.  

With strong community ties through the years, she has served on the Advisory Boards of the Small Business Development Center, the Business Executive Council, the Boys and Girls Club, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Brenda earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California on a full academic scholarship, and her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge. She also completed a second graduate degree in Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.  Born and raised in Southern California, Brenda now lives in Oceanside with her husband Fred.
