Workforce Committee

For Orange County’s Education and Workforce Training Professionals

OCBC’s Workforce Committee serves as a platform for Human Resources (HR) professionals across various industries. Together with colleagues, members discuss issues affecting the workplace and workforce, and how they can address these challenges.

The Housing Committee is the driving force for OCBC’s Housing initiatives.
The Housing Committee takes action on housing and other developmental issues that have a direct impact on the business community and workforce in Orange County. It provides public policy direction to OCBC’s Board of Directors. This committee meets approximately once a quarter.
