Cathy Capaldi is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for MemorialCare. She is responsible for leading the organization’s direct-to-employer partnership strategies and all business-to-business marketing and outreach initiatives. In addition, Ms. Capaldi oversees product line and membership enrollment growth initiatives, branding, enterprise-wide strategic marketing and communications. She led the competitive RFP process for MemorialCare’s direct-to-employer contract with Boeing and last year led the system-wide re-branding of MemorialCare.

Ms. Capaldi has more than 20 years of experience in health care business development and marketing, holding senior leadership positions with both for-profit and not-for-profit health systems and consulting engagements with hospitals, physician groups and health plans. She serves on the board of the Orange County Business Council alongside leading employers in the region and is a recipient of MemorialCare’s Living Out Loud Leadership Award.

Ms. Capaldi completed her education at University of Southern California. She and her husband Michael have two children.
