Jason Bennett is the Director of Branch Banking at Farmers & Merchants Bank (F&M Bank). In his role, he oversees the branch banking environment with a strong focus on client service and employee skill development. Since beginning his career with F&M in 2014 as Branch Banking Regional Manager, Jason has demonstrated his commitment to professional growth, and also created an environment that promotes productive and positive morale and mutually beneficial relationships. He is an alumnus of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as of Leadership Long Beach. Jason is a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita where both of his children attend school in the Capo Unified School District.
