As Vice President Cox Business for the Orange Coast market, encompassing Orange County, Palos Verdes, and Santa Barbara, Jodi Duva is responsible for leading a world-class team delivering customized communications solutions to local business communities. Duva oversees sales and service delivery across all sales channels. In her role as Vice President, Duva is focused on maintaining and enhancing a strong track record of success and collaboration, while aggressively growing revenue.

Duva joined Cox Business 10 years ago as a Sales Manager in San Diego, and served as Director of Sales for more than seven years, leading one of the organization’s largest and fastest growing sales teams and consistently delivering double-digit growth. During her tenure in San Diego, she increased monthly recurring revenue from under $1 million to over $12 million. Key customer wins include San Diego Unified School District and the United States Navy. Under her leadership, two of her Sales Managers have gone on to be Sales Directors for Cox Business. She is also a five-time Cox Business Winner’s Circle honoree.

Prior to joining Cox Business, Duva held leadership roles at several technology companies, including XO Communications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Duva was recognized with the YWCA Top Women in Industry (TWIN) Award in 2008. She is very involved in the community, and serves on the board of the Orange County Business Council.

Duva grew up in the Boston area and is an avid New England sports fan. She and her husband Devin have two children, Lucas, age 9, and Samantha, age 7. Duva enjoys fine wine, spending time with her family, and cheering for her kids on the soccer field.
