Joe Hensley is the Market Leader of Orange County, CA for U.S. Bank. Hensley has been in banking 42 years. He began his banking career at age 18 as a teller while working his way through college. He held various positions early in his career in the Consumer division of the bank, which culminated in leading the Consumer Lending Group for a large super regional bank in Louisville, KY. In June

2007, Hensley took a position at U.S. Bank as a relationship manager working for the Commercial Bank. He now leads US Bank Orange County and its 3,800 employees.

Hensley serves on the board of the Orange County Business Council as past chair; he is past chair of California State University, Fullerton’s Board of Governors Philanthropic Foundation, and the United Way Orange County.

Hensley graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Business from McKendree University. He is married and the father of four children and five grandchildren.
