Kathy Sieck is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Automobile Club of Southern California. In addition to her legal duties, she leads the public affairs activities for the Auto Club, overseeing legislative and regulatory advocacy, public and media relations and community programs. Kathy is also responsible for the Auto Club’s Human Resources operations.

Kathy joined the Auto Club’s legal department in 2003 after starting her career at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, where she specialized in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions.

Kathy earned a bachelor’s degree in History from James Madison University and a master’s degree from UC San Diego. She received her law degree in 1996 from UC Berkeley School of Law.
