As a Senior Vice President of tk1sc, a member of WSP, Mr. Swartz’s responsibilities include being involved in all aspects of design operations and production activities for the firm’s full range of engineering/design services. As the District Business Line Leader, he oversees the Property & Buildings Business Line (P&B) in California, as well as the Pacific Mountain West Districts. With over 30 years of experience planning and designing electrical systems for buildings, he brings a well-versed background that applies sustainable and innovative solutions. Projects that he has led include group-up campuses, tight urban campuses, complex renovations, and planning for future expansions.
