Shari Battle is the Market Manager for Bank of America in Orange County. She is responsible for the market’s strategic plan, building healthy communities by activating the connective tissue of purpose, bridging the bank, its people, and the broader ecosystem. By aligning these elements, she creates a strategy that not only benefits the bank but also enriches the communities we serve, driving sustainable growth and positive impact while creating opportunities to grow market share. Under her leadership, the bank locally has received several awards including the Civic 50 Large Business and National Philanthropy Day Outstanding Honoree-Large Business, Business in the Arts award and personally received Passkey’s OC Influencer for Good award and Cal State Fullerton’s College of Business and Economics Excellence in Executive Leadership award for cultural change.

In a career in financial services that spans over 25 years, Shari has held several leadership roles in the following areas: corporate social responsibility, leadership development, marketing, retail, high-net worth, and small business. She was also the executive sponsor for the Orange County Bank of America Leadership Education Advocacy & Development for Women, the My Environment Network, and our Better Money Habits Champions.

Shari is active in the community where she serves on the Orange County Business Council board of directors and co-chairs the Workforce Development Committee. She also serves on Chapman University’s Board of Governors, Passkey’s Foundation, and is an alumnus of Leadership California.

Shari graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where she majored in economics. An Orange County native, Shari and her husband, Lawrence, reside in Laguna Niguel with their two daughters.
