Maiken Sorenson, the Communications Specialist for Orange County Business Council (OCBC), supports the Communications department by developing and publishing external communications, email, social media marketing, media relations, website updates, and print and digital collateral for OCBC. Sorenson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with minors in Business Administration and Graphic Design from Concordia University Irvine, where she worked in the Marketing and Communications department, updating content, developing articles, and assisting with the university’s rebranding in 2022. She brings her graphic designer, website editor, and communications assistant skills to the OCBC team.
