Vivian Walsh joined the Orange County Business Council in July 2022 as the Executive Assistant to Jeffrey Ball, President and CEO. In addition to her role as the Executive Assistant, Vivian is also OCBC’s Office Manager.

Vivian comes to the OCBC with over 20 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in the Biotech, Insurance, Manufacturing and Legal fields. Vivian attended the College of Southern Nevada with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. Vivian is also a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals.

Vivian enjoys 20th century art, hikes with her two dogs, and reading political biographies and European history.
