The Workforce Committee is a coalition of business leaders, education and training professionals, and community partners collaboratively ensuring Orange County’s dynamic workforce needs are met by:

• Educating Orange County on workforce development policy and legislative issues;
• Collaborating and advocating on behalf of our partnerships;
• Identifying the skills needed for a highly trained workforce; and
• Strengthening business and education partnerships in order to promote economic success.

The committee works with OCBC members and investors, as well as community neighborhoods and regions. Through these partnerships, the committee strives to empower employers, workers, parents, and students to prepare for the jobs of tomorrow.
