Josh Finlayson is the Government Affairs Specialist for Orange County Business Council (OCBC). As part of the Government Affairs team, he helps to bridge the gap between public policy and business initiatives. He supports the Government Affairs team by tracking local and state legislation, fostering relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders, and advocating for sustainable policies that help the region thrive.

Josh is a graduate of Vanguard University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in History and Political Science. He applies his business marketing background to develop policy letters that resonate with policymakers and the broader community.
